Welding of steel structures, load-bearing elements and technical details
Scope of welding services
We do:
welding of steel structures (S235, S355),
welding of assembly parts, brackets, sheets and profiles,
arc welding (MAG/MIG, TIG, 111),
welding of tanks, platforms, railings, overhead cranes and technological supports.
Welding is carried out in our production hall or, in justified cases, at the customer's premises (mobile team).
Technologies and standards
Methods used:
MAG 135/136 – welding of low-carbon steel structures,
TIG 141 – for thin-walled and precision components,
111 – coated electrode welding, even in difficult conditions.
All work is carried out in accordance with welding standards PN-EN ISO 3834-2 and EN 1090-1 (if applicable to CE-marked construction products).
Quality control and documentation
We offer:
visual inspection (VT) and weld geometry measurements,
WPQR documentation, WPS documentation and test reports,
welding in accordance with the customer's procedure or our own technology,
preparation of the structure for technical acceptance (lists, declarations of conformity, material certificates).

documentation
We prepare welding documentation for each project: WPS procedures, weld records, lists of additional materials and, if required, NDT test reports.
What does the documentation contain?
You receive a complete set of documents necessary for the implementation of the investment: technical drawings, material lists, structural calculations, and everything else needed to submit the project for approval or transfer to the construction site.
The technical documentation includes, among other things:
detailed drawings and assembly drawings,
lists of steel and materials,
static and strength calculations,
connection diagrams and details,
attachments compliant with PN/EN standards.
