Support structures

Girders, trusses, columns, beams and skeletal load-bearing systems

Scope of support structures

We manufacture:

  • solid and lattice steel girders (straight and curved),

  • trusses for roofs, ceilings and suspensions,

  • support columns and beams for machines, platforms and transport systems,

  • frame structures for overhead cranes, platforms, tanks, channels and other industrial installations.

We tailor each project to the requirements of the investment and technology.

We use S235 and S355 structural steel in our constructions and, upon request, stainless steel. Welding is performed in accordance with EN ISO 3834, and the elements are protected against corrosion (hot-dip galvanising, epoxy or powder coating).

Depending on the load and geometry, we use the following cross-sections:

  • I-beams, channels, angles, hollow sections and steel pipes,

  • solid wall or openwork structures (trusses).

We do:

  • prefabrication of elements for the project,

  • preparation of structures for anchoring, fastening and transport,

  • on-site installation (independent or with the participation of the investor),

  • corrections and adaptations to existing facilities and installations.

Each design can be adapted for future expansion, integration with other systems, or customisation for specific devices.

SUPPORT STRUCTURES

Strength you can build on

We design structures that are meant to support – literally and figuratively. Whether you need a truss for a hall roof, beams for a production line, or support columns for a mezzanine, we've got you covered.

We will deliver components with precisely selected geometry, strength and mounting method. Safe, durable and ready to use from day one.

DESIGN

Technical
documentation

Each support structure is built based on detailed documentation.

What does the documentation contain?

You receive a complete set of documents necessary for the implementation of the investment: technical drawings, material lists, structural calculations, and everything else needed to submit the project for approval or transfer to the construction site.

The technical documentation includes, among other things:

  • detailed drawings and assembly drawings,

  • lists of steel and materials,

  • static and strength calculations,

  • connection diagrams and details,

  • attachments compliant with PN/EN standards.

Certificates and licences held:

  • PN-EN 1090-1 – Certificate of conformity of factory production control (CE for steel structures)

  • PN-EN 1090-2 – Construction of steel and aluminium structures – technical requirements

  • PN-EN ISO 3834-2 – Quality requirements for welding metal materials

  • ISO 9001:2015 – Quality management system

  • SEP authorisations – for the operation of electrical equipment
