Types of platforms and walkways
We do:
service platforms for machines and production lines,
service and inspection platforms (with technical access),
single-sided and double-sided platforms with railings,
inspection and walkway platforms above installations.
All structures are designed individually — according to their intended use.
Materials and finishes
We manufacture steel structures:
black (S235, S355) – painted or galvanised,
stainless steel (e.g. AISI 304) – for special and food facilities.
Working surfaces:
WEMA gratings, corrugated plates or anti-slip technical panels.
The elements can be equipped with railings, stairs, ladders or safety systems.
Adjustment to the object and installation
We offer:
on-site measurement and technical design taking into account spatial conditions,
delivery of prefabricated structural elements,
quick and safe installation,
adaptation to existing machines, installations and floor levels.
The structures can be removable or permanently anchored to the floor.

Technical
documentation
Before constructing any structure, we prepare complete design documentation. We take into account local conditions, health and safety requirements, and performance parameters.
What does the documentation contain?
assembly and working drawings,
selection of profiles and gratings,
static calculations (load-bearing capacity, deflections),
anchorage and support designs,
standards and requirements for access devices (PN/EN).
Certificates and compliance with standards
Certificates and licences held:
✅ PN-EN 1090-1 – Certificate of conformity of factory production control (CE for steel structures)
✅ PN-EN 1090-2 – Construction of steel and aluminium structures – technical requirements
✅ PN-EN ISO 3834-2 – Quality requirements for welding metal materials
✅ ISO 9001:2015 – Quality management system
✅ SEP authorisations – for the operation of electrical equipment
